Participants who do not hold their own Public Liability Insurance may still participate in the Brighton Community Christmas Pageant as a registered Brighton Council volunteer, subject to complying with Council's volunteer requirements, event conditions, safety procedures, and directions from event organisers. Approved volunteers will be covered under Brighton Council's volunteer insurance arrangements whilst undertaking authorised volunteer activities for the event.
