We recommend contacting your landlord or property manager to complete the request on your behalf, as their consent is required, and fees may apply for the replacement of the bins.

PLEASE NOTE

Bins may not be delivered if there is an issue with this form or if there is no occupancy permit for the property.

If you have requested to have your bin replaced or repaired, your bin needs to be out on the nature strip on the

repair/delivery day, which is Wednesday, by 7 am. Failure to do so will delay the replacement or repair of bins.

Please note there may be a high demand for bin replacement and the delivery day can carry on to the Thursday. 

Bins always remain the property of Brighton Council.

Bins must remain at the address of issue, even if the residents move from that address.
